DAVE DUNCAN

Team Leader  

After receiving his real estate license in 1978, Dave has continually worked full-time in the real estate industry, helping over 2,000 clients buy or sell homes. He is a specialist in the marketing of fine homes and residential new construction.

Throughout his career, he holds an outstanding sales record averaging over 50 transactions per year since 1986, and over 100 transactions per year since 2000. Clients of the Dave Duncan Group can rest assured knowing that Dave and his team's experience and professionalism in the real estate business has given them the confidence to know that they provide the best residential real estate service in both King and Snohomish counties.

 

DEBBIE DUNCAN

Real Estate Consultant 

Debbie has been involved in real estate since 1993. However, in 2000 she became licensed and starting practicing real estate full time. Her high energy and exceptional commitment to her clients is perfect for this customer-oriented business, making her a great addition to the group. She never tires of working hard for her clients to help them get the “best value possible.”

 

 

 

 

PAUL FENNELL

Real Estate Consultant

Acquisitions Specialist

Paul began his real estate career over 12 years ago as a buyer’s representative with RE/MAX in the Kirkland/Bellevue area. After a year of working with an average of two buyers a month, Paul started presenting real estate seminars in the Puget Sound area. The seminar circuit included co-advertising with Seafirst (Bank of America), Countrywide, Wells Fargo, Washington Mutual, Homestone Mortgage, and BECU. He averaged five seminars per month over a seven year time span. 

Over the years, Paul’s success eventually led him to becoming a buyer agent trainer and he was eventually promoted to Sales Manager of a team that grew into 14 people. At this time, Paul began to work on the listing side of transactions, working with sellers to get the most money for their homes. The team averaged a monthly sales volume of over $10M. 

As the team numbers grew, Paul turned to the concept of equity management. Through the proper use of a home’s LTV (Loan-to-Value), Paul soon discovered leveraging strategies that allowed individuals to acquire multi-family properties and significantly increase their portfolios. This was done through extensive planning and conservative number crunching. Over the lifetime of his career, Paul’s invaluable experience, market knowledge, and success have earned him the respect and gratitude of his clients, other agents, and the Dave Duncan Group.

 

ARTHUR FLATT

Real Estate Consultant  

Art’s background includes over 15 years of experience as a business manager with several large distribution companies. His passion for business coupled with his genuine desire to improve the lives of those around him eventually led him to a real estate career. To help them accomplish their goals and dreams in real estate, Art has conducted workshops for many first-time home-buyers, including the deaf and hard-of-hearing.

A graduate of Ferris State University and the Rockwell Institute, Art is also a member of the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams in Bothell. He is a born negotiator and has helped many clients purchase homes with terms far better than expected, and prices that kept the payments very comfortable, if not lower than anticipated. His almost preternatural ability to spot an opportunity has blessed many clients and the Dave Duncan Group.

 

DANIEL RENNÉ

Director of Marketing and Operations  

Daniel’s education and experience has helped to raise the Dave Duncan Group to new heights. Graduating Magna cum Laude in 2003 from DeVry University in Long Beach, California with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Operations, he laid a solid foundation on which to build his real estate career.

From site sales to traditional buyer and seller agency, Daniel has had the opportunity to be a part of many facets of real estate over the years. Soon after graduation, he managed several stores for his family’s retail businesses. After helping these businesses to become successful franchises, he started his real estate career as an agent at RE/MAX. Here he became lead speaker for Selling Strategies seminars as a listing specialist with a successful team of agents averaging over $10M in sales each month. While he is a very capable agent, Daniel’s true calling and area of expertise revolves around the business aspects of real estate. His high-volume agent experience has given him a unique and powerful perspective in regards to real estate marketing and operations.

Spearheading projects with his “Kaizen” spirit, he is constantly creating and updating systems and campaigns to help keep the Dave Duncan Group’s clients as efficient and profitable as possible. His overt passion for service, technology, statistics, graphic design, and marketing combined with his distinctive experience in the world of business and real estate has made Daniel an indispensable asset to the Dave Duncan Group.

 

AMORITA SIMON

Real Estate Consultant  

Ever since Amorita was very young, she knew she was destined for a career in real estate. As a graduate of the Mykut Real Estate School, Amorita is living her dream and helping buyers and sellers all over the region achieve their goals of home ownership.

Amorita’s background in mortgages has helped bolster her career in real estate. She understands and is knowledgeable in the way the mortgage industry works and how it pertains to buyers and sellers. As a buyer’s agent for the Dave Duncan Group, Amorita is able to harness this knowledge and experience to better assist her clients and help them get into a home that they love and with a mortgage payment they are comfortable with.

Always looking to broaden her knowledge, Amorita continually studies the new trends and patterns in the real estate and mortgage industries. She also studies real estate investing and is constantly striving to help her clients through the many possibilities that today’s market offers buyers and sellers.
